About

Hi, I’m Beth, and welcome to Midlife Renewal Project!

At 45, I’ve found myself thinking a lot more intentionally about what I want the next chapter of my life to look like. My kids are getting older, my priorities are changing, and I’ve become much more aware of the things I’ve been saying I want to change someday.

For me, that includes taking better care of my health, becoming more consistent with the habits that matter to me, getting stronger, creating better routines, getting my home more organized, and simply being more intentional with the way I spend my time.

Midlife Renewal Project grew out of that.

I’m not here because I have everything figured out. Far from it. I’m working on these things in real time, figuring out what helps, what doesn’t, and what it actually takes to follow through on the changes we keep telling ourselves we want to make.

You’ll find a mix of midlife health, habits, mindset, routines, organization, personal growth, and honest conversations about figuring out what you want this next season of life to look like.

I believe renewal doesn’t have to mean completely reinventing yourself or changing everything at once. Sometimes it starts with paying attention to what isn’t working anymore and choosing one area of your life to work on.

If you’re somewhere in the middle of that too, I hope you’ll find ideas, encouragement, and practical ways to start making those changes here.

I’m glad you’re here.
