Hi, I’m Beth, and welcome to Midlife Renewal Project.

At 45, I’ve found myself navigating many of the same challenges that so many women face in midlife—changing hormones, shifting priorities, weight gain that seems to appear out of nowhere, fluctuating energy levels, and the realization that the things that worked in my 20s and 30s don’t always work anymore.

Like many women, I started searching for answers. I wanted to understand what was happening to my body, learn how to take better care of myself, and find practical ways to feel healthier, stronger, and more like myself again. Along the way, I’ve spent countless hours reading, researching, experimenting, and learning from experts, books, studies, and the experiences of other women walking this same path.

Midlife Renewal Project was created as a place to share that journey. I’m not here because I have all the answers. I’m here because I’m learning right alongside you. My goal is to gather trustworthy information, practical tips, healthy recipes, wellness strategies, faith-filled encouragement, and real-life insights that can help make this season of life a little easier and a lot more fulfilling.
