Have you ever noticed that the more you accomplish, the more you want to accomplish?
Momentum is a powerful thing.
Most of us don’t need another article telling us to “believe in ourselves.” We need proof that we’re capable of more than we’ve been giving ourselves credit for.
Somewhere along the way, many of us started playing it safe. We stopped challenging ourselves. We settled into routines that felt comfortable, even if they weren’t helping us become the women we wanted to be.
But here’s what I believe:
We are grown women. We’ve raised children, built careers, cared for families, survived difficult seasons, and figured out things we never thought we could. We are capable of doing hard things. Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves of that.
That’s exactly why I created this 30-Day Momentum Challenge.
This isn’t meant to be easy!
Some of the challenges will push you physically. Others will stretch you mentally or emotionally. A few may even make you a little uncomfortable.
Good.
Because growth almost always lives just outside our comfort zone.
The goal isn’t to complete thirty perfect days. The goal is to collect thirty pieces of evidence that you’re stronger, more disciplined, and more capable than you’ve been telling yourself.
Imagine what happens after you’ve walked five miles, finished a tough strength workout, finally organized the room you’ve been avoiding, read thirty pages of a great book, had the hard conversation, or crossed off something that’s been sitting on your to-do list for months.
You don’t just check off a box.
You begin to see yourself differently.
And once you start believing you’re someone who follows through, changing other areas of your life becomes a whole lot easier.
How the challenge works
I’ve created a printable with 30 meaningful challenges.
There are no assigned days.
There is no perfect order.
Simply choose one square each day, complete it, and cross it off. By the end of 30 days, your goal is to complete all 30 challenges.
Some days you’ll choose something difficult.
Other days you’ll choose something that fits your schedule.
Either way, you’re moving forward.
I’ve also included a blank Momentum Grid so you can create your own version with thirty challenges that fit your personal goals. Maybe yours focuses on fitness, your home, your finances, your faith, or a combination of everything.
The point isn’t which challenges you choose.
The point is proving to yourself that you can do hard things.
Because once you build momentum, you stop wondering if your life can change…
…and you start watching it happen.
Download your free 30-Day Momentum Grid below, choose your first square, and let’s start building the kind of momentum that can change far more than just the next 30 days.

Your future isn’t changed by one giant decision. It’s changed by the momentum you create today.
If this challenge helps you build momentum, don’t let it stop after 30 days. My 90-Day Midlife Renewal Journal was created to help you keep that momentum going with daily prompts, habit tracking, and intentional reflection. Because the goal isn’t just to have one great month—it’s to build a life you’re proud of.
